Between briefs,
let's build change.
We sell ideas for a living.
We influence how people think and behave.
What else could we change if we chose to?
Tiny Force is a small,
volunteer collective of creatives, writers, strategists, designers, filmmakers and PMs.We use the same skills we use every day
at work: thinking, craft, storytelling, persuasion - to support small causes and charities with meaningful, well-made work. It’s a way to stay creatively alive.
To make things that feel good to make.
To meet good humans. What it is not:
Not a studio. Not an agency.
Not for profit.
For people who like side projects with heart. Who enjoy collaborating and building things with others. Who want something flexible that fits around real life, real jobs, and real energy levels. At its core, it’s simply about using
the skills you already have to do something good in the world. You probably love what you do already.
You might just want another outlet for your ideas. You might simply like making things that help people sometimes. What you’ll get from this:
• Stay creatively active between work
• Create with like-minded ad people
• Build portfolio-worthy charity work
• Use your skills for good
• Zero pressure, zero hierarchy
All work is voluntary and supports small causes and charities we choose together.Small project teams form naturally
around ideas, with no one assigned.
We communicate mainly online. You put in as much, or as little,
time as your life allows. We work with transparency.Everyone is encouraged to be open about
how much time they realistically have, how much energy they can give, when life is full, and when they need to step back. There’s no pressure to over-promise.
Honest capacity is always better
than silent pressure.Real life always comes first. If you need to step back, you step back.
If you have a burst of energy, you jump in.
It flexes with you.Read more about how we work
Tiny Force is just getting started. We’re gathering the first people to help shape what it becomes, aiming to kick off in February/March.We want to focus on the under-discussed,
quietly urgent stuff: burnout, invisible illness, men’s mental health, perimenopause and menopause, neurodivergence
in the workplace, digital addiction, grief, financial anxiety, unemployment and redundancy, fertility, post-natal mental health, aging and loneliness. The quiet pressure points.
Deserving to be seen.Have an idea you can’t shake?
Let’s take a look together. We stay non-political so the focus
stays human and inclusive.
THIS IS WHERE IT STARTS
